Sound This photo resembles a normal day at Gwinn, and over the quarter I decided to interview the man that runs Gwinn. Just to get a few insights on how things go around there, whenever us the students aren’t looking for food. Getting to hear how they work together as chefs and workmates. All the things they always are working on in Gwinn, but we as students never get the time to recognize these little things. Sitting down and having this conversation really made me more appreciative of Gwinn. Because there is a lot of things that go into our daily Gwinn runs from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Moving onto next school year I will try to be more appreciative even when I don’t like the food.
